hi there, our puppy–19 weeks old black lab “mario” gets so ecextid with my 6 yr old son and some adults that he jumps all over them and my worry is that he has scratched my son several times. he even scratched his eye once. we have tried saying “down” and i have had my son try to turn his back to him but he gets so ecextid and just wants to play that he is kinda of out of control for the first few minutes that he is freed from his crate. do you have any other suggestions?
